Why is the US Constitution so Blatantly Ignored?

· Article 1, Section 10: No State shall make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts .

· I have never observed gold in circulation as money; silver coins are rare in circulation.

· A $20 gold piece today is worth about 80 times its face value (over $1600).

· Gold was removed from circulation in 1933!

· The US mint ceased minting coins with silver in 1964.

· Today a silver quarter is worth over 24 times its face value (over $6.00).

· What happened to our supreme court??
